We want you to love your mug. If you don’t, we’ll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • You must contact us before returning any item.

Include your order number and a photo if the item is damaged.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your mug arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number.

We will offer:
✅ A free replacement
OR
✅ A full refund

No need to return damaged items.


Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Return Shipping

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
